ShimmerMyst's Direct Sales Licence Information

This license applies to Items bought directly from ShimmerMyst and does include Free stuff Items but not Items bought from other Stores that SilverElf or Laire brokers through. Those items fall under Licence's from the respective stores the items are brokered at. It is the the responsibility of the buyer to read and understand this license.

As the Author of these contents, SilverElf AKA Wendy Kratz and/or Laire AKA Melinda Davison, retain all rights to the materials in this Downloadable package. You, as the buyer are purchasing the rights to use the package and not the actual copyright on the item. The Buyer may not redistribute this file in any way, or place it anywhere, where 43 a third party can have access to this file without paying for it.

The Buyer retains copyright on derivative works long as the original product can not be extracted from the derivative works. Examples of derivative works includes Rendered images, and tubes. You may not however extract the textures off the texture maps, or use any mesh included in this package to make your own new mesh or textures from and then sell them.

In the event that the buyer is unhappy with the contents of any package sold here, they may request a return within 30 days of purchase, where they will be given a Gift Certificate of equal value. No cash refunds will be made due to the nature of the product. When a Return is made the buyer is responsible for deleting the files from this package off their computer permantly.

If you are unhappy with a product please go by the guidelines above. Do not make a charge back to your credit card or Pay Pal. Doing so will cause your account to be deleted and you being unable to purchase here ever again.

This Licence is non-transferable, and thus the item can not be resold to another party.
