This Policy may be subject to change at anytime.

All Products at ShimmerMyst are currently Digital Downloads. There is no Shipping fees involved. Once you complete your order and your status changes to Paid with Pay Pal you will be able to Download your purchases. Make sure you you follow through the full Pay Pal Process and return to the store.

In the event that the buyer is unhappy with the contents of any package sold here, they may request a return within 30 days of purchase, where they will be given a Gift Certificate of equal value. No refunds will be made due to the nature of the product. When a Return is made the buyer is responsible for deleting the files from this package off thier computer permantly.

If you are unhappy with a product please go by the guidelines above. Do not make a chargeback to your credit card or PayPal. Doing so will cause your account to be deleted and you being unable to purchase here ever again.
